Sites were down, and restore back

My sites, 2 personals and some projects, were hosted in a share hosting by SL at BlueHost for months and everything was fine, with some malicious codes injected in one or two project sites and BlueHost would informed us to fix them without any unnecessary downtime.
Thus for months everythings’ good.

But, about two weeks ago, we received emails from support team informed us that all hosted sites were blocked down because in one/two sites were injected/hacked/had some malicious code (we didn’t know which one, and now we don’t bother to find which one was, as we restored back and all’s good)

Everything was complicated, only primary account was able to log in.
For some reasons, we decided to move to another another hosting service, HostGator, and started to restore data and moved all hosted sites. Took hours to do that…

With clients got top priority, only little time left to check my personal sites
It’s not a problem with this site, because I just moved from Posterous not many things to  worry, but it’s quite a problem with dee.writing blog. Almost all links were broken, download files links to nowhere…
Am glad now, everything seems OK for both sites.
